I use selfshipping to cope with life stresses.I have chronic nightmares and a strong stress response stemming from c-PTSD, autism, ADHD, chronic depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. I also present a lot of OCD traits but not enough for a proper diagnosis. I was recently diagnosed with pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder. All of which exacerbate my insomnia.
